Personal laundry services are billed per bag and are paid on delivery. |

Hourly services are paid on delivery of services. Membership packages are required to be paid in advance. Additional expenses incurred will be subsequently billed. |

We accept cash, money orders, and major credit cards. |

Returned checks will be assessed a $35 fee in additional to other banking fees. Payments made in place of returned checks must be in cash. |
|
A minimum of one hour is required for all services. Time is billed in 15 minute increments thereafter. |

Charges only reflect services provided by PinkTie Agents and do not incorporate vendor services or products purchased to complete request. |

Travel expenses such as tolls, parking, mileage etc are billed separately. For mileage over 15, the client will be charged a rate of $0.40 a mile. |

All cancellations require a 24 hour advance notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged a fee equivalent to an hour of the service. For personal laundry, the client will be charged a fee equivalent to one bag. |

Please note that PinkTie Agents provides services legal in nature that are requested by the client. All requests that are illegal, questionable, or may put our agents in danger will be denied. |

PinkTie Agents may contract with other parties to provide services. |

PinkTie Agents is not in any way liable for damages as a result of using their services. The company is also not held responsible for monetary loss as a result of using our services. The client also understands that PinkTie Agents is not responsible for loss or damages as a result of services rendered by subcontractors. |

All client information will not be shared with third party unless requested by client. |
